Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) mailed fishery disaster relief checks on Monday, October 28th for the following:
2019 Norton Sound Red King Crab
-Summer Fishery Harvesters
-Winter Fishery Harvesters
-Processors
2019/2020 Bering Sea Tanner Crab
-Active Processors
-Processor Quota Share Holders
-Quota Share Holders
-Vessel Owners
2020/21 Statewide Salmon
-Permit Holders
-Processors
-Chignik, Yukon-Kuskokwim, and Norton Sound processors were included in the 10/28/2024 disbursement.
-Southeast Alaska processors will have a second-round application period conclude on 12/6/2024; relief disbursements to follow in early January 2025.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery before checking on the status of your check if you haven’t received it.
PSMFC expects that relief will be disbursed by 12/31/2024 for the following:
