Young Fishers Workshop

This is closed workshop for 10 selected participants (5 women & 5 men) from the entire Yukon River. The workshop will cover Yukon River salmon management, salmon biology, cultural and organizational history and more.
Vision ~ To inspire young adult fishers to engage in fisheries management activities as well as lead the way to a sustainable fishery on the Yukon River.
Goal ~ To engage with Yukon River young adult fishers and build their capacity to participate in the management of their fishery.
