DESCRIPTION:Yukon River Drainage Fisheries Association Annual Meeting\nAlaska Pacific University – CH2MHill Conference room\nMarch 22-23\, 2022 \nThe YRDFA Annual brings the board and alternates representing their communities and fishing districts to participate in a dialogue with one another. In order to build and maintain community capacity for Yukon River fishermen participating in fisheries management decision-making\, YRDFA conducts a 2-day meeting of it’s Board of Directors. Presentations from fishery managers\, researchers and other organizations are given to inform our board members that affect the Yukon River communities and to report out to their communities. \nThis year we were able to host our Executive Board members in an in-person meeting with a virtual option. Our meeting is open to the public and we encourage people who are interested to attend.
